Pre-K 100 is learning all about different holidays during the month of December. We read the story
The Borrowed Hanukkah Latkes by Nancy Cote. We wanted to make Latkes (potato pancakes) just like Rachel did in the story to celebrate Hanukkah.

The children have had a wonderful time learning about all of the different ways families celebrate the holidays. We look forward to seeing you tomorrow morning for our classroom holiday celebration!
